These conferences will bring together leading academics, researchers, and international athletes to discuss the role of orienteering in physical and cognitive health, sport innovation, and tourism development.
Confirmed speakers include: Gabriele Viale (President of PWT Italia), Emma Waddington (McMaster University, Canada), Prof. Federico Schena (University of Verona), Prof. Lucia Cugusi (University of Sassari), Prof. Filippo Tocco (University of Cagliari), Prof. Cantor Tarperi (University of Verona), Prof. Andrea Manca (University of Sassari), Bernt Bjornsgaard, Daniel Hubmann, and Vilma von Krusenstierna.
The conferences are part of the ORIENTEERING 4 RESEARCH SARDINIA project, within the SPORT AND WELLNESS 4 RESEARCH program, promoted by SARDEGNA RICERCHE, the regional agency supporting research, innovation, and technology transfer.
