COVID-19 rules to enter Italy at MOC Championships 2021

Competition rules to ensure the safety of all runners

 

 

According to the current National Regulation in force from the 3rd March 2021 ( and valid until the 6th of April 2021), the government confirmed the possibility to organize national and international competitions, such as MOC Mediterranean Open Championships.

Foreign athletes, coaches, referees and race judges are allowed to enter Italy and participate to national and international events in the Italian territory if:
-They have a Negative Covid test done not more than 48 hours before the arrival in Italy. PCR and antigenic test are allowed with a result report showing the negativity in Italian or in English language.
-Before the competition each participant fills a well-being declaration to be later given to the organizers. (Self declaration can be found HERE)

To ensure the safety of all, during the MOC competitions all participants will have to follow the Italian National rules and the FISO (Italian Orienteering Federation) competition rules as presented below

Entries specification & WRE points

Entires are open through PWT Italy’s website.
For elite runners final results will be uploaded after the race on Eventor and athletes will get WRE point according to IOF rules.
