    Waiver of Liability and Participation Agreement<\/h4>\n

    By completing the registration process on this website, I hereby acknowledge, accept, and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Park World Tour SSD SRL:<\/p>\n

    1. Promotional Communications<\/h4>\n

    I consent to receiving promotional materials, newsletters, and updates regarding current and future events organized by <\/span>Park World Tour SSD SRL. I understand that I can opt out of these communications at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in the emails.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability<\/h4>\n

    I acknowledge that participation in the events involves physical exertion and may entail risks of injury, illness, damage, or loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, supporting companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, and contractors from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event, including any injury, damage, loss, or expense that I may suffer.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. Fitness to Participate and Medical Authorization<\/h4>\n

    I declare that I am in good physical condition and that I have adequately trained to participate in the events. I further authorize the event medical personnel and staff to take any measures they deem necessary in the event of illness, injury, or other health-related emergency, including removing me from the events where, in their sole judgment, my health or safety is at immediate risk.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4. Accuracy of Data and GDPR Compliance<\/h4>\n

    I confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. I consent to the processing of my personal data by Park World Tour SSD SRL for organizational and administrative purposes. All data will be handled in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant Italian privacy laws.<\/p>\n

    5. Registration Fees, Transfers, and Credits<\/h4>\n

    I understand and accept that, once my registration has been completed, the registration fee shall be non-refundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the registration may be transferred to a third party upon payment of an administrative fee of EUR 10.00. Alternatively, the amount paid may be used as credit toward participation in one of the next two (2) editions of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6. Payment Deadline and Cancellation<\/h4>\n

    I understand and accept that payment of the registration fee must be completed within five (5) days from the date of registration. Should payment not be received within such period, the registration shall be automatically cancelled without further notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6. Data Security<\/h4>\n

    In order to ensure the protection of my privacy, all personal data shall be stored securely in electronic form and handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n
