A mix of relax, fun and orienteering. With evening race in some of the beautiful town in South Italy and UNESCO sites and after the race live music and a banquet with local traditional foods will await all the runners in a real South Italian style.

Courses are taking shape for a week of training in the warm sun of Sharm el Sheikh. With Sprint Final, Knock-Out and Sprint relay training-races and other open trainings in Domina Coral Bay Resort and in South Sinai desert.
