ABOUT ME
My name is Guenda, I am 23 years old and I am in my first year of a master’s degree in environmental sciences at Insubria Varese-Como. I discovered orienteering in middle school during afternoon activities and immediately became passionate about it. However, I only entered the competitive world in 2018. After a flying start in W18, my W20 years were turbulent for personal reasons. I never gave up orienteering, but rather took a break to work on myself and improve my technique, which led me to start training in Switzerland. In 2024, I felt ready to compete again and returned to the national team, this time in the senior category! Since 2025, I have been honoured to wear the PWT Team jersey, which I know will give me that extra boost to achieve my goals.
